Haslett Class – Year 6
Welcome to Haslett Class!
Teacher: Miss Roberts Teaching assistant: Mrs Cooper
This half term our topic will be HINDUISM. We will learn about Hindu beliefs, places of worship and festivals. The children will have a research-based task to complete at home.
HOMEWORK
- Daily Reading 10mins every day listening and supporting your child with their reading and completing their reading log.
- Weekly Spellings Helping your child to learn, remember and apply their spellings for their weekly spelling test.
- Weekly Times Tables/Mental Number Skills Helping your child to learn, remember and apply these skills during the week.
The summer term is a very busy and important for Year 6 pupils, as they prepare to move on to secondary school. Support from adults at home makes a huge difference. Please support your child with any homework tasks, ensure that they are completed and handed in on time.
