What is the PTA?

The PTA (Parent Teacher Association) is a group, comprised of parents and teachers, that volunteers it’s time to raise funds for the school and supplement the school budget. An added bonus is that, through its regular social events, the PTA helps to promote a strong school community, both for children and parents alike.

How will the PTA help the school this academic year?

Fundraising events planned for the Spring & Summer Terms include:

*Easter Bingo *Discos *Clothing sale

*Summer BBQ *Non-uniform day

*And of course, our annual Summer Fayre!

How can I help?

* There are lots of ways you can help – you don’t necessarily have to join the PTA, although you are most welcome to do so if you wish!

*One simple way to raise money for the school is via easyfundraising webpage. Every time you shop online, go to the website first and then start shopping. The school then receives a donation

*Another way to help is to volunteer your time at PTA events. An hour here or there helps to spread the load and doesn’t commit you to anything more.

*If you do wish to commit more fully or you have ideas on how the PTA can raise funds then we would love you to come to our regular meetings.
