The Christmas Nativity came to St John's Church of England primary school this morning, held at St John's church, Wellington.
In true tradition the reception children became characters of the nativity and recreated the scene in front of family and friends of school.
"It is so lovely to be able to hold the nativity again within our church, the first time since the pandemic. Christmas for us starts once we celebrate the nativity with our church, remembering the true meaning behind sharing joy and hope within our community as we remember the birth of Jesus."
Merry Christmas to all our children, families, staff, and community. We hope it is a restful time for you all.
